Extra Butter offers a 14-day return window for unworn, premium footwear and apparel in original packaging. Please note that certain high-heat releases and final sale items are ineligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
